Follow-Up To Witch By Christopher Pike

I recently finished Witch by Christopher Pike a few moments ago and now I have to say that Witch is now my favorite book. And that’s saying a lot, considering that I am a book lover and I can never even guess how many books I have read.

Looking at this book in the library, I remember thinking this book was to just pass the time. I never would have thought this book would make an impact on my reading life.

You know that feeling, when you read an extraordinary book, and you finish it, you’re life has been changed in a minor way, and no one understands how you feel even when you tell them aout it? That’s how I feel right now.

No one will ever know how great this book is by me just telling you about it. You have to make the step and read this book. I never read a book like this before, and it touched me in ways that I have never thought possible. Who knew that someone could have this wonderful idea just floating around in their head?

Anyway, I HIGHLY recommend reading this book. This is inspiration for me for future stories that I will read or write. Good luck to anyone who is writing any of their own stories.

Does anyone have any books they have ever read that has affected them in their life? If so, I would LOVE to hear about it and I will try to read those books myself!

Have a great day everyone and don’t forget to read until you can’t read anymore!

“Do not read, as children do, to amuse yourself, or like the ambitious, for the purpose of instruction. No, read in order to live.”

  1. Hi there. I read this book as well and really liked it. I really like the things julia’s mother used to tell her. I think I am going to write them down as quotes I would like to remember.
But here’s a book that I felt had changed my life. Its called Shimmer by Alyson Noel. Its actually the 2nd book out of a 4-book series so you may skip the first book or read it – whichever you prefer 🙂
